About Us
SANIFISH Project
A territorial cooperation project between the Azores, Cape Verde, the Canary Islands and Madeira, arising from the partnership established under the RASPA project and developed by the organisations that make up the RASPA Network.
It aims to work in a coordinated manner to strengthen the fisheries and aquaculture sector, promoting regional cooperation and applied scientific research. By improving the value chain — from production and aquaculture to marketing in local markets — and through the effective transfer of scientific and technical knowledge, the project helps to enhance the health standards, competitiveness and sustainability of fisheries and aquaculture products in the Macaronesian region.
